What we collect
When you order or join our email list, we collect the basics: your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. Payment information is handled entirely by Shopify's secure checkout — we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
- To fulfill and ship your orders and send order updates.
- To email you about new drops and restocks — only if you signed up, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
- To answer support requests sent to hello@slicecandy.com.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties except the services that make the store run (Shopify for checkout and fulfillment, Supabase for our email list, and our shipping carriers).
Kids' privacy
SLICE is loved by kids, but our store is meant to be used by adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we'll delete it.
Your choices
Want your data deleted, corrected, or exported? Email hello@slicecandy.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
