Orders & payment
All orders are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Prices are in USD. By placing an order you confirm the shipping details you provide are accurate.
Pre-orders & shipping
Some items ship on a pre-order timeline shown at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only. You'll receive tracking by email when your order leaves the dojo.
Subscriptions
Subscribe & Save orders renew monthly at the listed price. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from the link in your order emails — no phone calls, no ninja-honor lost.
Cancellations & refunds
You can cancel any unshipped order for a full refund — email hello@slicecandy.com with your order number. If something arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
Allergens & food safety
SLICE contains honey (not suitable for children under 1, not vegan) and is made in a facility that handles tree nuts. Always check the package label for the most current ingredient and allergen information.
